Reception and wine shop:
The reception and wine shop with staff are open daily from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 19.00.
REGULATIONS:
Documents: To stay at the campsite, you must provide the documents of all guests, either by self check-in online, or by presenting the documents at reception.
Tourist tax: In order to stay at the campsite, a tourist tax of 0.50 € per person per night, over the age of 15, must be paid to the reception staff. The law also provides for exemptions to the sojourn tax (police, people with disabilities, etc.), which we handle upon arrival.
Check-in rules at the campsite: enter through the main entrance and park properly in the dedicated area, go to the reception where you will be welcomed by the staff who will provide you with all the necessary information for your stay. After checking in, you can place your vehicle on the reserved pitch or in the car park.
Mobile home regulations:
No smoking in the houses. Respect the hours of silence after 10 p.m. and between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. Dispose of waste correctly where indicated. Noisy parties, noise, alcohol and drug abuse are prohibited. Please take care of your accommodation and the communal facilities.
Pitch regulations: stand correctly in the pitches on the gravel and not on the grass. Use toilets, showers and communal areas of the campsite with respect for other guests, correctly dispose of waste where indicated by the staff.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Online check in:
After booking, you will receive an email requesting you to check in online in order to speed up your entry to the campsite upon arrival, use less paper, and to be able to provide you with instructions on how to enter independently if you arrive after 7pm.

Standard hours:
Mobile homes: 2 p.m. - 6.30 p.m.
Pitches: 10 a.m. - 12.15 a.m. and 2 p.m. - 6.30 p.m.

Before 10 a.m.
Late check out: (only for pitches)
Check out before 2 p.m.: half the daily rate
Check out between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.: full daily rate.
Late check in: it is possible to check in independently after 7 p.m. after filling in the online check in form that we will send you by email. After filling in, you will receive instructions on how to enter the campsite. However, we invite you to fill in the self check-in so that you will receive information in case of your delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Information for mobile home check in
If the house is unoccupied, you can enter it from 9 a.m. (contact us). If it is occupied, you can still go to the campsite from 9 a.m., pick up the keys, leave your car and luggage and go to Gardaland, or elsewhere. If the house is occupied before you, it will be free around 12 p.m. after cleaning, or from 2 p.m.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
SECURITY: In the Agricamping there is a camera service with recording for security in the common outdoor areas. The Direction exonerates itself from any responsibility for any personal objects left unattended in the lodgings or in the common areas, therefore it will be the responsibility of the guests to look after personal objects of value. It is recommended that guests do not remove or ruin any objects inside the accommodation or in the common areas of the agricamping. Any abuse will be reported to the local Public Security Authorities. The Direction shall not be held liable for vandalism, accidents due to causes not of its own making or damage to persons or property caused by natural disasters.
GUESTS No stranger may enter the campsite without prior authorisation from the Direction, even if accompanied by our welcome guests. During the night, the presence of strangers/non-registered persons is strictly forbidden in any environment of the Agricamping.
STAY AND DEPARTURE Guests are required to have the utmost respect for the things entrusted to them and for the equipment of the Agricamping; any damage due to improper use will be duly charged.
WASTES Wastes and rubbish must be deposited in the appropriate containers for separate waste collection; in this regard, each hut is equipped with a number of small bins for household collection. At the end of their stay, guests are responsible for taking their waste to the area with the separate waste collection containers, which is located near the car park gate. Glass should be taken to the communal container located near the Ugolini petrol station.
GENERAL PROHIBITIONS AND RULES FOR THE USE OF THE POOL:
For everyone's relaxation, silence must be respected from 12.30 a. to 2.30 p. m. and from 10 p. m. to 8 a. m.
Minors are only admitted if accompanied by parents or relatives of legal age, who take responsibility for them. Parents are directly responsible for their children. Children must always be accompanied to the pool area and to the toilets.
Animals of any kind are strictly forbidden in the pool area, even if kept on a leash.
Please refrain from making noise, chasing each other, or engaging in improper and dangerous acts for yourself and others.
Everyone is obliged to behave in such a way as not to cause discomfort and harassment to other users and not to damage property and persons.
It is forbidden to bring food into the swimming pool area; drinks are allowed but not in glass containers.
You may enter the pool without shoes but in slippers, passing through the shower where you must wash your feet.
Use of the swimming pool is only permitted during the set hours.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
Entrance and stay at the campsite implies acceptance and full compliance with these RULES. We thank you for your appreciated cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
